Cancellation and refund policy

At Osa Travels, we understand that plans can change. Due to the nature of our business, the following policy applies to all cancellations:

• Cancellation made at least 24 hours in advance: If you cancel your tour at least 24 hours before its scheduled start, you will receive a 50% refund of the paid price.
• Cancellation made less than 24 hours in advance: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the tour begins are not eligible for any refund.
• Cancellation by Osa Travels: If we have to cancel a tour because of bad weather or a park closure, you will receive a full refund or a new date, as you prefer.

This policy covers organization costs, National Park entrance fees, taxes, and payment gateway commissions, and applies regardless of the payment method used (Trekksoft, PayPal, office payment, or any online travel agency such as Viator).
